Plastic Surgeon; Dr. Nurettin Noyan, was born in Manisa in 1977. He completed his primary and secondary education in Manisa. After graduating from Izmir Maltepe Military High School in 1995, he graduated from Gülhane Military Medical Faculty in 2001. Comparison of Apoptosis Genes and Some Systemic Mediaators in the Experimental Rat Burn Model in the Experimental Rat Burn Model in 2009, after completing the continental service as a medical officer in TCG Ertuğrul K., he finished with his thesis.

He worked in Erzurum Mareşal Çakmak Military Hospital between 2009-2011, and Plastic Surgery Clinics in Istanbul Kasımpaşa Military Hospital between 2011-2014. He has been working in the private sector since 2014 and has been serving his patients in his office in Nişantaşı.
